 Deb has faced many adversities in life. She views these hardships as opportunities to minister to both believers
and non-believers, especially in the areas of infertility, death, divorce, and
remarriage. Her desire as a
Christian writer and speaker is to utilize her spiritual growth experiences to
offer hope and effect change in the lives of her readers.
Deb is actively
involved at Tannehill
Valley
Baptist
Church where she serves on the Web Team and leads the student
drama ministry Visual Truth. This position
allows her to write and direct many skits and full-length dramas.
She and her
husband, Andy, love to travel. They've cruised
Alaska
and both the Eastern and Western Caribbean. She has visited nineteen of the
fifty U.S. states and plans to drive across the country after her husband
retires. Of all the places they have seen,
Lake Tahoe
is their favorite vacation spot. While
Andy enjoys the slopes at Heavenly, Deb prefers curling up in front of a warm
fire reading and writing.
